How to Install lib64gomp1 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

lib64gomp1 software package provides GCC OpenMP (GOMP) support library (64bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lib64gomp1

lib64gomp1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lib64gomp1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64gomp1 *

You will get with lib64gomp1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
